Sri Lanka's Treasury bill yields down: Central Bank

Apr 15, 2015 (LBO) –Sri Lanka's Treasury yields were down at Wednesday’s (15) auction with the declining of 12-month yield from 30 basis points to 6.60 per cent, data from the state debt office showed.
It was decided to accept 17, 483 million rupees from the auction of 12 month yield.

The 6-month yield also declined to 6.53 per cent down 30 basis points and 7,838 million rupees were accepted from 26,300 million rupees.

The debt office said the auction got bids amounting to 77,059 million rupee and it was decided to accept 25,598 million rupees from the auction.

The debt office also offered 3-month short term bills for the auction at 6.26 per cent and 277 million rupees were accepted from 17,185 million rupees.
